Follow these simple steps:
- In EndNote go to Edit > Preferences
- Select Find Full Text from the Preferences list
- Make sure the following items are checked:
- ISI Web of Knowledge Full Text Links
- DOI (Digital Object Identifier)
- PubMed LinkOut (U.S. National Library of Medicine)
- OpenURL
- Paste the following URL into the OpenURL box:
http://zc6sj2ch8l.search.serialssolutions.com/?id=19218453 - Paste the following URL into the Authenticate with box:
http://elibrary.aecom.yu.edu/login?url=
- Select a reference in your EndNote Library
- Go to References > Find Full Text
- When prompted, enter your Remote Access UserID and Password
- Agree to copyright and usage notice
- Check the status in the Find Full Text group on the left side of your EndNote window
- Select a reference in your EndNote Library
- Go to References > URL > OpenURL Link
- A web browser will open to an intermediate page containing holdings information for that reference
- If full text is available online
- Download full text from publisher's web site
- Use EndNote's File Attachment tool to link the full text to your Library References > File Attachments > Attach File
- If full text is not available online, other options will appear on the intermediate page
